A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available supporting pre-school aged students across multiple elementary school locations between Cabot and Jacksonville, AR. This contract position is ideal for professionals holding an SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) with school experience, ready to make a meaningful impact in early childhood education.
Location: Beebe, AR and surrounding elementary schools
Duration: Contract through the current school year (CSY)
Student Age Group: Pre-school
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, individualized intervention, and progress monitoring for pre-school students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication development
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with educational and clinical standards
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification with School Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and CCC credentials
- Experience working with pre-school age groups in an educational setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between multiple school locations and manage caseload effectively
